Backyard Bliss Testimonials

My wife and I evaluated several spa manufacturers and decided to purchase a Cal Spa. We then evaluated Cal Spa dealers and felt most comfortable with Backyard Bliss. We've been very happy with the purchase of the spa despite the fact that we have had a minor complication with it: We had a visit by a mouse that liked to eat the insulation off the wires that supplied the voltage to the LED's (Yes, all my lights went out!!). Cal Spa never warranties against critter's but Backyard Bliss, after realizing that the spa did not fail, went ahead and spliced my wires back together and suggested method's to get rid of our hungry friend. So, it turns out that not only did we get a great spa for a great price from Backyard Bliss but also some very appreciated service.
